Recruiting Process
We consider each assignment a partnership with the client and endeavor to gain as much information about the client's business strategy and culture as needed to insure the best candidate is selected. Strawn Arnold Ashpitz Groover, Ltd. is unique among search firms because each of the partners:
- Works with the client to develop a position profile
- Identifies a pool of qualified candidates
- Contacts, screens and interviews potential candidates
- Prepares an interview report on all candidates recommended for client interviews
- Provides counsel to the client and mentoring to the candidates
- Completes reference checks
- Works with the hiring team to negotiate compensation and finalize the job offer
- Follows up with the hiring executive and selected candidate to insure that both parties' expectations have been met after the initial 60-90 days of employment
